Food Safety Support & Resources:
It is not likely to be very long before food businesses will be required to display their food hygiene rating. It is already a legal requirement in Wales.

In England and Wales SFBB is the accepted food safety management system for small and medium sized retail and catering businesses and if you use this system it must be kept up to date if you are going to keep a high hygiene rating.
